Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns. Only exchanges are allowed in case of damages, strictly under the following conditions:

1.The unboxing must be recorded on video as proof.

2.The exchange request will only be considered if the damage is clearly visible in the video at    the time of opening.

3.Without proper video proof, exchanges will not be accepted.
